Unfrtunately there was no hot water.However the staff did tell us before booking in. This did not stop us having a good stay in very well run hotel.

Delicious accommodation, apartment perfectly fitted to 4 people, well equipped, clean - thank to a daily cleaning service, done by very kind and professional staff - and comfortable. A special thanks to the staff of Isaac Hotel, friendly and really welcoming. A suggestion: take the time to have a meal in both hotel restaurants: they are simply delish!!!

Ithink my room could have done with a bit of a make over especially the bathroom.it was a bit run down.all in all a lovely stay.good value for money.great location and friendly staff.

THE STAFF WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. ALWAYS GRATEFUL FOR THIS AS A VISITOR TO A CITY. GREENS RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT AND THE INCLUDED MEAL A REAL BONUS. ROOMS LARGE AND COMFORTABLE. WOULD RECOMMEND.

I stayed in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel and I have to say, it was quite noisy at night but it didn't keep me from sleep. This is the only complaint tho, The hotel is nice and clean with a lovely picturesque waterfall as you enter reception. It's in a great location also with just a 5 minute walk to the centre of the city. The cost of my stay was very reasonable also.

I have stayed at Hotel Isaacs many times and have never been disappointed with any aspect of the staff or the hotel. The rooms are always clean & tidy, the staff are always pleasant and helfpul, the food is always very good. I would highly recommend this hotel.
